This can be served in a short glass on the rocks or in a martini glass, straight up.
Pour some salt on to a saucer.
Take the glass of your choice and wet the rim then dip it on to the salt to make a salt rim.

This is best served in a martini glass, but can be served in a short glass too.

Shake the bottle first and pour about 75ml of your mix.
Give this a shake without ice first to create a nice froth.
Now add some ice and shake again.
Strain in to your glass & garnish with three coffee beans.

Give this a shake for about a minute.

Old Fashioned
The key to a good Old Fashioned is to dilute the bourbon down in varying amounts.
Prep a rocks glass with ice.
Decide how large you want your drink, eg. 60ml add a third of this to the glass.
Stir down for 2 minutes.
Then add another third, stir for another minute and then the final third, stirring for 1 more minute.
This means you enjoy the full flavour profile of the bourbon.
Bartender’s Tip - If you can,zest an orange over the drink and add a cherry.
