This can be served in a short glass on the rocks or in a martini glass, straight up.

Pour some salt on to a saucer.

Take the glass of your choice and wet the rim then dip it on to the salt to make a salt rim.

Next get something sturdy to shake in (an empty jam jar or nutri-bullet).

Add some ice and around 75ml of the mix.

Espresso Martini / Salted Caramel Espresso Martini

This is best served in a martini glass, but can be served in a short glass too.

Grab something sturdy to shake in (an empty jam jar or nutri-bullet).

Shake the bottle first and pour about 75ml of your mix.

Give this a shake without ice first to create a nice froth.

Now add some ice and shake again.

Strain in to your glass & garnish with three coffee beans.

Passion Daiquiri

This is best served in a martini glass but can be served in a short glass too.

Shake the bottle first and pour about 75ml of your mix and ice.

Give this a shake for about a minute.

Strain in to your glass & garnish with a lime wheel.

First prep your glass.

Old Fashioned

The key to a good Old Fashioned is to dilute the bourbon down in varying amounts.

Prep a rocks glass with ice.

Decide how large you want your drink, eg. 60ml add a third of this to the glass.

Stir down for 2 minutes.

Then add another third, stir for another minute and then the final third, stirring for 1 more minute.

This means you enjoy the full flavour profile of the bourbon.


Bartender’s Tip - If you can,zest an orange over the drink and add a cherry.

Shaken or stirred? Your choice!

First prep your martini glass by getting it nice and cold, either in the fridge or fill with ice water.

If shaking grab yourself something sturdy (an empty jam jar or nutri-bullet) add about 75ml of the mix over ice, shake & strain (or stir in a glass over ice and strain in to your martini glass).

Simply pour about 50ml of the mix straight in to the glass and top with prosecco.
