What is Your Shipping Policy?
All products purchased before 4 p.m. Monday-Friday will be sent out the same day.
The estimated date delivery time of your order will be notified to you at the time of order.
We are unable to give any guarantees regarding shipping time or the performance of our nominated carrier, Royal Mail. If our nominated carrier fails to deliver on a specified day we are not liable to refund any extra charges paid.
Tracking emails are sent when orders are dispatched. We have the same visibility as the recipient with regard to progress updates. We are unable to fast track or track in real time unfortunately but have suggested this update to our nominated carrier.
Whilst we strive to do everything to get orders sent out for the desired delivery date we are unable to 100% guarantee delivery. Should an order be delayed we are not obliged to provide refunds should this be the case.
Delivery may incur an additional charge calculated and notified to you at the time of purchase. Where postage is free or included in the purchase price this will be expressly stated. For 48-hour delivery we use a Royal Mail with 2-3 day shipping, for the next day (24-hour) we use the same courier.
Subscription boxes - we offer free 48-hour post and packing via Royal Mail on any subscription box. The option for 24 hour post and packing may be shown at checkout. If you choose 24 hour delivery you will be charged the price difference between 24 and 48 hour shipping.
ARE YOUR COCKTAILS Vegan & Gluten Free?
The majority of our products are vegan and gluten-free. The following cocktails are not vegan-friendly:
Perfect Manhattan, Gin and Vodka Martini
WHAT IF I HAVE ALLERGIES?
Any cocktails containing Orgeat are not suitable for nut allergies. This is an almond product and therefore should be noted as containing nuts.
DO YOU ACCEPT Returns?
Regrettably, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept online returns for products purchased. If your order is missing an item or contains a damaged product please email us at hey@letterbox-cocktails.com. Please quote your order number in any correspondence.
What is your Eligibility policy?
Our products are only for sale to adults over 18 years of age. By making a purchase on the Site you represent and warrant that you are over 18 years of age, and we may require you to confirm your age in connection with your use of the Site.
WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR PRODUCTS?
The shelf life is detailed on the product’s page. For ease of reference, any cocktail containing fresh juice should be stored in the fridge upon receipt, for up to 7 days. All other cocktails have a 30-day shelf life.
